Generally speaking I was happy with Adaptibar, I did felt reasonably prepared and felt the question tone, style, format were very similar. I would say on average that this year's MBE felt harder than my usual set, but I obviously cant say until I get the results. I have taken two MBEs thus far scoring a 141 and a 139..

i personally thinking getting the emmanuel book and doing those questions first and then adaptibar is why i scored so high for mbe. for the first half of questions i did in the emmanuel book i read through every length explanation of why the answer was right and why the wrong answers were wrong (towards the end i was running out of time and just read the right answer and if i got it wrong the ...Especially if you are getting it for free with Themis, it is worth it. One of the big differences I noticed was the quality of the explanations. I also noticed that some of the old questions in Adaptibar were not updated to the current NCBE format. Use Uworld and nurse archive for rationales and (i cannot stress this enough) DO KAPLAN and mark k. Specifically do the “nclex prep” on kaplan, which is all qbanks, practice tests and CAT exams. Uworld is great but if you’re using it along with Themis keep in mind that they’re both owned by the same company so their original questions sometimes overlap (i.e. you’ll see the same question on uworld you already did on Themis or vice versa)UWorld owns Themis, and it comes with the course now. Barbri owns Adaptibar, and either Adaptibar or UWorld will be a nice supplement, although I think Adaptibar with Grossman videos is the way to go if you are headed that route (assuming finances aren’t an issue).
